Home remodeling stores such as Home Depot and Lowes have held their own in these recent tough economic times. Some have speculated that this is largely due to the Do-It-Yourself home remodeling trends that have seen an increase in homeowners completing more of the types of remodeling projects that they might have previously contracted out to others.
