Computers and Your Health

If you're like me, you spend a substantial portion of your day sitting in front of a computer screen. While many of us use our laptops or computers to make a living, stay connected with family and friends, and network with other small businesses, it can spell t-r-o-u-b-l-e for your overall health and well-being if you're not careful. Agh! Finally! I have been whining about ergonomics and exercising to stay flexible and yet, so many people who sit in front of a computer for many hours seem surprised when they come up with Carpal Tunnel or some other malady.
